All orders received before 3pm (Monday-Friday) are sent out same day, after this time the order will be dispatched the next working day. All orders received on Weekends will be sent out the following Monday.

Our Free Delivery service is available for all UK addresses and the service we use either Royal Mail 1st class or ParcelForce for larger orders. Delivery time is usually 2-4 days.
For Small items we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a next working day service guaranteed before 1pm. For larger and bulk items we use a 24 hour courier service from either Parcelforce or DPD.
We will provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges) if the product you have selected is found to be unsuitable within 28 working days following delivery, providing the product is returned in it's original box, in 'as new' and unmarked condition complete with all packaging.

All new Danelo Power branded products are sold with the benefit of a lifetime warranty. This essentially means we will replace your item under warranty regardless of how many times it develops a fault or how long you've had it. In order to send your faulty item back you will need to contact our customer services by phone or email to be given a returns number, which must be written on the outside of the box or packaging before return. We advise you to keep the box and packaging from the original delivery, which will give your product suitable protection, should you need to return it. If you have not retained the initial packaging then please make sure you have used sufficient packaging material to protect the item before returning.
We recommend returning your laptop via Royal Mail through your local post office, it is essential that the goods are sent via signed for delivery and we recommend that you insure the goods, as loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
